MJ's K9 believes that owning a pet is an amazing and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility, not a luxury. Training your pet properly will lead you to a greater understanding of the animal, and I firmly believe in the owner-pet relationship being one of mutual understanding and respect. Mike Jones - Owner/Trainer
I've always been a dog person, they are the most loyal friends anyone could have. I have three dogs of my own, Lucy, Raven and Carmella. My love for dogs started at a young age and my passion for dog training developed when I lost my little brother. He was a K9 handler in the United States Military, until he passed. When he lost his life, that pushed me to become a professional dog trainer. I now have over 10 years of dog training experience; I’ve been a dog trainer for Retrieving Independence and a former dog trainer/production work trainer for Cedar Valley Canine. I put my heart and soul into each and every dog I have the privilege to train.
